Returns and Refunds
YLITES is confident in its product quality and believes you have the right to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 30 days – we will provide you with a convenient refund or exchange service.
For a refund, the returned item must be in its original packaging.
In addition, the item must be undamaged and show no signs of use. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy
Effective January 1, 2026, all products purchased directly from YLITES, whether through our website or other authorized suppliers, are covered by a two-year limited warranty.
This limited warranty covers defects in product materials and assembly. Any unauthorized alteration will void this limited warranty.

Standard terms and conditions for the sale of goods
These terms and conditions are the standard terms for goods sold through the https://ylites.com website.
1. Definition and explanation.
Unless otherwise specified, the following terms and conditions shall have the following meanings:
"Business Day" means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday; "Calendar Day" means any day of the year; "Selected Carrier" means the supplier to whom we ship the goods; "Contract" means a contract for the sale of goods; "Goods" means the goods we will supply to you in accordance with your order (and as confirmed in our order confirmation); "Month" means a calendar month; "Order" means your order for the goods; "Order Confirmation" means that we accept and confirm your order; "Pre-Contract Information" means information regarding the goods, pricing, and your legal rights; "Price" means the price payable for the goods.
All references to "written" and any similar expressions in these terms and conditions include electronic communications sent by email.
2. Contract

Product Description and Specifications
We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that the goods match the sales and marketing materials and the illustrations, photographs, and descriptions provided on the website. However, due to possible deviations during the printing process and/or differences in color reproduction of electronic monitors, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all descriptions, illustrations, and/or photographs. We remain liable for errors caused by our negligence.
We are legally required to supply goods in accordance with the contract.
If we discover or become aware of any printing errors, typos, or other unintentional errors or omissions in any descriptions, sales and marketing materials, price lists, or any other information, we will make every reasonable effort to correct such errors or omissions as soon as possible. If you receive incorrect goods due to any such error or omission, you may return the goods to us in accordance with our return policy.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the specifications of the goods to comply with any applicable safety or other legal or regulatory requirements without prior notice.
4. Orders
All items you order through https://ylites.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before shipment in the following circumstances:
The item is sold out and we are unable to restock it (e.g., the item is discontinued); or
An event beyond our control lasts for more than 5 business days.
If we cancel your order and you have already paid for it, we will refund your payment. We will notify you by email if we cancel your order.
5. Price and Payment
The price of the goods is as displayed on this website at the time you place your order. If we offer a special price, or if the special price is part of an advertised promotion, the validity period of the special price is as shown in the advertisement. If the special price requires a promo code or coupon code, and you cannot provide a valid promo code or coupon code when placing your order, you will not be able to enjoy the special price. Orders placed within the validity period of the special price will still be charged at the special price, even if we accept your order after the validity period has expired.
Our prices may change at any time, but these changes will not affect any orders we have already accepted.
We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are accurate. We will double-check the prices when processing your order. If the actual price of the goods is lower than the price displayed on the website, we will charge you the lower price.
If the actual price of the goods is higher than the price displayed on our website, we will notify you and ask how you would like to proceed.
6. Delivery
Please note that we can only ship within the areas listed or provided at checkout.
When we send you an order confirmation, we will also provide a pre-contract information confirmation. Except for situations beyond our control, and longer periods agreed upon by you at the time of ordering (e.g., for items we only stock as needed), we will deliver the goods to you within a reasonable timeframe from the date the contract is established.
Delivery is deemed complete when the goods are received by you (or someone else you designate) at your chosen delivery address, or if you collect the goods from us in person.
Liability (sometimes referred to as “risk”) of the goods remains with us until delivery is complete, after which responsibility transfers to you. Ownership of the goods becomes yours once we receive full payment.
7. Defective, damaged, or incorrect goods
We guarantee and make every effort to provide goods that are of good quality, fit for their intended use, conform to the description at the time of purchase, comply with any pre-contract information we provided, and are consistent with any samples or models you have viewed or inspected (unless we have informed you of any discrepancies). If the goods contain any digital content, that digital content must also comply with the above requirements. If any goods you purchase do not meet the above requirements—for example, if the goods are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong goods—please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the defect, damage, or error so that we can arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.
You have the right to refuse delivery of the goods within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods (and acquire ownership) and will receive a full refund if the goods do not meet the above requirements. Alternatively, you may request repair or replacement of the goods.
Please note that you will not be entitled to a claim under these terms if you were informed of any defects, damage, or other problems with the goods before purchasing them; if you purchased the goods for an unsuitable purpose that was neither obvious nor disclosed to us, and the problem was caused by your use of the goods for that purpose; or if the problem was caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or intentional or negligent damage.
8. Products that have been discontinued
For discontinued products still under warranty, we will make every effort to provide a suitable solution. This may include providing an alternative product of equal value (if available). If an alternative product of equal value cannot be provided, we will consult with the customer to find other solutions, such as a pro-rata refund based on the remaining warranty period, or providing vouchers to purchase other products in our existing inventory. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate course of action based on the specific circumstances.
9. Force majeure events
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to reasons beyond our reasonable control. Such reasons include, but are not limited to: power outages, internet service provider malfunctions, third-party strikes, work stoppages or other labor disputes, riots and other civil unrest, fires, explosions, floods, storms, earthquakes, land subsidence, acts of terrorism (whether threatened or not), acts of war (whether declared, threatened, have occurred, or are prepared for), epidemics or other natural disasters, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

11. Other Important Terms
We may assign (assign) our obligations and rights under these Terms and Conditions (and, where applicable, the Contract) to a third party (e.g., if we sell the Business). If this occurs, we will notify you in writing. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions will remain unaffected, while our obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be assigned to the third party, who will remain bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You may not assign (assign) any other obligations and rights under these Terms and Conditions (and, where applicable, the Contract) without our express written permission.
This Contract is valid solely between you and us. This Contract is not intended to benefit any other person or third party in any way, and no other person or third party has the authority to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by any court or other authority, that provision shall be deemed separate from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions. The remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and be enforceable.
Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right; nor does our waiver of pursuing any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the other party constitute a waiver of pursuing any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision by the other party.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, this Agreement, and your relationship with us (whether contractual or not) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of China, and both parties hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China in this matter.
As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute, controversy, action, or claim arising between you and us in connection with these Terms and Conditions, this Agreement, or your relationship with us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by the applicable laws of China, and both parties hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China in this matter.
